Brain Body Sessions are advanced 1-on-1 treatments that use your brain and nervous system to reset dysfunctional patterns and unlock better movement, pain relief, and performance.
We blend modern pain science, high-level clinical reasoning, and nervous system tools for a completely different rehab experience that we developed as the H.E.A.L. Method for Chronic Pain.
H – Hope:
Hope is the foundation for healing. Research shows that a strong sense of hope can improve outcomes in chronic illness, pain, and emotional well-being. It activates motivation and helps you stay engaged in their recovery journey. (Snyder et al., 2002)
E – Education:
Understanding how pain works changes the way we experience it. Pain neuroscience education reduces fear, helps rewire the brain, and gives patients a sense of control over their healing.
A – Activity:
Gentle, consistent movement calms the nervous system and restores confidence in the body. It’s not about pushing through pain—it’s about moving in ways that feel safe and empowering.
L – Letting Go:
This is where emotional healing happens. Processing emotions, reducing stress, and learning nervous system regulation helps release tension and pain stored in the body. “Letting go” is both a mindset and a practice.
